The Nameless City Council
About the City Council
The council is a group of district-specific leaders dedicated to the collective joy and suffering of their residents. Some manage their neighborhoods with benevolence, others choose an iron fist. They are public figures, and have public reputations — but they are also responsible for assisting Ethan Kindle in holding the secrets of the city.
Each council member is chosen by the Thing itself, and is subsequently recruited by Ethan. In exchange for their service, they are given godlike protections from the City itself, and bestowed with powers beyond imagination. They act as the city’s second line of defense — right behind Ethan.
